Haute Feast at Barnegat Oyster Collective is a waterfront, chef-driven dining experience rooted in farm-to-table philosophy and a genuine belief that great meals begin with exceptional ingredients. Our menus change weekly, driven by what our local farmers and fishermen are harvesting. Every dish has a story — and every person on our team is part of telling it.

We hold ourselves to a high standard — in what we put on the plate, in how we care for our guests, and in how we show up for each other. We move as a team. Everyone helps everyone, without being asked. That's the culture we've built, and it's the culture we protect.

  • Shifts Available Monday - Sunday

    You are the face of the Haute Feast farm market — guiding guests through our curated provisions, branded merchandise, and locally sourced offerings with warmth, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality instincts. This is a sales and customer service role that requires more than cashier experience. You need to know what you're selling and why it belongs here.

  • Shifts Available Thursday - Monday

    You are the first impression of every guest's visit — warm, gracious, and genuinely hospitable. You manage the floor, own the phone, recognize our VIP members, and set the emotional tone for the entire restaurant. This is a brand ambassador role, not a greeter position.

  • Shifts Available Thursday - Monday

    You are the guest's guide from the moment they're seated through the end of their experience. You'll learn the story behind every oyster on our daily rotating raw bar, every dish on our weekly changing menu, and every farm partner we source from — and use that knowledge to create genuine connections with guests and guide them toward a memorable meal.

  • Shifts Available Thursday - Monday

    You'll work our wood-fired Argentinian grill and propane station, cooking all proteins to Chef Pablo's exact standards in a high-volume, open-air coastal environment. Wind management, fire control, and the ability to hold a station independently are non-negotiable. Open fire experience is required.

  • Shifts Available Thursday - Monday

    You are the communication hub of the grill station — calling tickets, plating all hot proteins and cold dishes to exact presentation standards, and holding the station with speed, precision, and organizational discipline. Artistic flair and extreme attention to detail are essential. On a peak Saturday, 300 orders come off this station.

  • Shifts Available Monday - Sunday

    You are the foundation the kitchen is built on. You'll complete daily prep — vegetable breakdown, sauces, portioning, mise en place — then transition to the dish pit during service, keeping clean dishes turning and the kitchen floor safe and organized. There is room to grow here for the right person.

  • Shifts available Monday - Sunday

    Speed, precision, and cleanliness are the standard. You'll shuck and plate all raw bar orders to exact presentation standards, maintain the station, and keep things moving during peak service. True shucking skill is required — a mutilated oyster does not leave this station.
