Farm-to-Table Wedding Catering in New Jersey
A celebration shaped by season, story & care
Weddings with Haute Feast are deeply personal.
They begin with listening — to who you are, where you come from, and what you want this day to feel like. From there, we build a dining experience that reflects your story, guided by the land, the season, and the people who grow our food.
Nothing is pre-set. Nothing is replicated.
Every menu is composed specifically for the couple it honors.
Telling Your Story Through Food
Food has memory.
A favorite summer meal. A place you return to. A flavor that feels like home. These moments become the foundation of your menu, translated thoughtfully and with restraint.
Rather than overwhelming the table, we focus on balance and flow — allowing each course to arrive naturally, creating space for conversation, connection, and joy.
The meal unfolds as the evening does: unhurried, intentional, and full of warmth.
A Collaborative Experience
Our process is a partnership.
We guide you through each decision with care, taking into account not just the menu, but the atmosphere you want to create — the pace of the evening, the setting, the season, and the way your guests will gather around the table.
Every detail is considered in service of one thing: how the experience feels.
Rooted in the Land
True farm-to-table is not a trend for us — it is the foundation of our work.
We source directly from a small group of trusted farmers and producers, building menus around what is growing and thriving at the time of your wedding. This means honoring the rhythm of the seasons and allowing the ingredients to lead.
The result is food that feels alive, expressive, and deeply connected to place.
Where We Work
Haute Feast serves couples throughout New Jersey — from the shores of Monmouth and Ocean Counties to the Hudson Valley, the Delaware River towns, and everywhere in between.
Whether you're celebrating in Rumson, Asbury Park, Mantoloking, Spring Lake, Princeton, or a working farm in Hunterdon County, we bring the same level of care, craft, and intention to every table.

Absolutely — and honestly, it's where we do our best work. Non-traditional venues are our natural habitat. We are a fully self-sufficient operation, meaning we arrive with everything needed to produce a complete dining experience: staffing, equipment, and the culinary infrastructure to cook and serve in spaces that were never designed as kitchens. If anything, a working farm, a private estate, or an open field gives us more creative freedom — not less. The absence of a conventional venue is never a limitation. It's an invitation.

Traditional catering builds a menu first and sources ingredients second. We work in the opposite direction. We start with what is growing, harvesting, and thriving at the time of your wedding — and build your menu from there. This means your food is never frozen, never pre-portioned, and never pulled from a standardized playbook. It means the vegetables on your table were likely picked within 48 hours of your celebration. It means your menu is a direct reflection of the season you chose to get married in — and that no other couple will ever have exactly the same one. The difference isn't just philosophical. You taste it.

We source directly from a small, trusted network of local farmers, fishermen, and artisan producers — people we have real relationships with, not vendor accounts. When we're building your menu, we're in conversation with the people growing your food about what will be at its peak on your wedding day. That traceability isn't a marketing talking point for us — it's the foundation of how we cook. Every ingredient has an origin, a name, and a story. And more often than not, those stories find their way to your table.
-
It begins with a conversation — about who you are, what you love to eat, the places that have shaped you, and the feeling you want your guests to walk away with. From there, we build an initial menu concept rooted in the season and your story. The tasting is where it comes to life: you'll sit down with us, eat through the menu, and share honest feedback. We refine from there until every dish feels exactly right. By the time your wedding day arrives, the menu has been thoughtfully composed, tested, and confirmed — so the only thing left to do is enjoy it.

As involved as you want to be. Some couples come to us with strong opinions — a dish that means something, a flavor that feels like home, a cuisine that tells their story. Others trust us completely and simply say 'surprise us.' Both approaches produce something beautiful. What we bring to every collaboration is a point of view — a curatorial sensibility rooted in season, place, and technique. What you bring is everything that makes your celebration yours. The menu that emerges from that exchange is always something neither of us could have arrived at alone.

Thoughtfully and without making it the centerpiece of the evening. Dietary restrictions are a reality of every gathering, and we've learned to weave accommodations seamlessly into the fabric of a menu rather than treating them as exceptions. A guest with a restriction should never feel like an afterthought — their plate should feel just as considered and composed as everyone else's. We collect dietary information in advance and build around it quietly, so the experience at the table feels effortless and whole for every single guest.
