Haute Feast at Barnegat Oyster Collective is a restaurant unlike any other - where dining is an experience.

Here, the harvest shapes the table: oysters pulled from the beds that morning, fish brought in by local fishermen, and vegetables sourced directly from farmers who know their land. 

This is where our farm-to-table philosophy comes to life. Every dish reflects the care, craft, and story of the people who grow and catch the food, prepared to highlight its peak flavor and freshness.  Many dishes are cooked outdoors over open fire, their aroma mingling with salt air, wood smoke, and the breeze off the bay — a direct connection between the land, the water, and the plate.
