Our ticketed events are designed as enchanting experiences infused with robust flavors and lively conversation between friends old and new. They are collaborative gatherings that highlight farmers, craftsmen, and the power of community.
We carefully select locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to build our menu, and create a unique atmosphere drawing inspiration from our surroundings. Guests enjoy an immersive experience that ultimately connects them to the origins of their food and the people who cultivate it.
Seats are limited by design, not for exclusivity, but to preserve the pacing, hospitality, and sense of occasion that make these evenings feel special.
What to Expect
No two Haute Feast events are the same — and that's entirely by design.
Some evenings are elaborate: an oyster bar reception followed by a five-course plated dinner in a candlelit room, wine pairings chosen to complement each course, every detail considered in advance. Others are joyful and unbuttoned — a long table, a taco spread built from heirloom corn and local farms, cold drinks, and good company.
What every event shares is the same foundation: ingredients sourced directly from farmers and fishermen we trust, menus built around what the season is offering, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like you were invited to something worth showing up for.
Seats are always limited. Not for the sake of exclusivity — but because intimacy is part of what makes these evenings work.

Tickets are $35 per person + tax and include a festive spread of tacos, tostadas, aguachiles, and chips & salsas—all packed with Chef Pablo’s authentic Mexican flavor and made to keep the party going.
Swing by the cash bar (sponsored by Código 1530 Tequila) for Margaritas and refreshing Aguas Frescas available for purchase all evening.

Each evening will begin with an oyster raw bar reception and a thoughtfully crafted welcome beverage, followed by a five-course menu that showcases the depth and diversity of the region’s landscape.
Rooted in thoughtful sourcing and executed with care, the experience invites guests to slow down, gather, and connect over exceptional food in a beautiful, intimate setting.
Tickets are $200 per person + tax and include: a welcome beverage, an oyster raw bar reception, and a five-course prix fixe menu, revealed only once you arrive.
